Only Rent Houses, LLC, services homeowners of single family houses and condos in the Appleton, Neenah, Menasha and the surrounding communities.

• Provide application to Prospective Tenants
• Over 12 years proven success in matching homeowners with tenants

After review of an application, the homeowner will decide whether or not to request a credit/background check. The tenant pays this fee and Only Rent Houses, LLC vets this report via a specialized service.

Upon approval of all application paperwork, Only Rent Houses, LLC will provide the homeowner with a sample lease, related disclosures and pre-occupancy forms upon request.

Fees:

• $400 (For 120 day term)
• $395 (Due only upon homeowner’s receipt of a signed lease)
• Total Fee: $795.00

Optional Visual Inspection Service $300 – Visual Inspection entails a visit to the property every 60 days of initial 12 month occupancy of an ORH assisted tenant. Photos of the property and a report will be emailed to the homeowner. If there is any damage observed or repairs needed, these will be noted.
